Where to fish Oct 9 or 10?

Looks like I get a full day to go fish that weekend. Want to stay away from places with big tournaments going on.

Options SML, Gaston, Chick, Buggs, Jordon, etc. Think Biggs has a tournament.

So what are recommendations for this time of year?

Reports on the SML Bass Fishing Facebook page have been positive this past week following the cold front that brought water temps down to a more reasonable level. Some have been catching bass schooling off points. September pretty much sucked but the turn around seems to be in progress. I don't have any recent personal experience as I've been in Ontario the past two weeks.

Well did not get “my free day” to get out and fish. Next couple weeks are packed with baseball tournaments… maybe November?
