Hds 9 and Lss2 tranducer

I seemed to have lost the tag on the transducer cable. My hds gen2 touch is defaulting to unknown tranducer. Does any one have the tag still and if so, can I get the information that is on it? I tried calling Lowrance but they want me to be at the unit on the phone. I work before and after they do.

You say LSS2 but are you talking about 2D or StructureScan? The LSS will either be plugged directly into the Structure port on the HDS 9 Gen2 or it will be plugged into a StructureScan module which connects by Ethernet to the unit. The 2D transducer should be connected to the Sonar port and could be transom installed or mounted inside the bilge. Assuming it is a Skimmer mounted on the transom, you should select one of the HST selections. If in the bilge it should be a PD, a PDT (Not likely), or a PDRT. T means temp so if mounted in the bilge, it won't give accurate water temp. As you can see, you need to supply more info before we can help.
