Do they just dodge and not follow up when you want to send stuff back? I think I have one of the bad Active Targets and the chirping from my HDS Live 9 isn’t from the transducer, no matter what they say (HDS 12 with the same connections does not chirp if I swap unit locations). But, when it comes time for them to tell me how to send it back or verify the Active Target is bad they ghost me. No reply for a week until I bring the conversation back up again. This has happened twice. The first call to customer service front the boat was pretty rough too, but more understandable (strong language accent barrier).
