i have an older gen 3 with 3n1 ducer. A couple weeks ago I noticed the screen would intermittently stop scrolling. Now when I start it up I get “ not found” on sonar. Looks like side scan still works though. Did I lose a transducer?

Hmm, need more information. AI 3 in 1 does not work on a Gen 3. Perhaps you mean TotalScan? Have you tried connecting a regular 2D transducer to the Sonar port? It sounds like the 2D elements have gone out but since you have a sonar port on your unit, a $79 investment most likely will get you back up and running. If Structure still works, you should be able to keep using the transducer for that.

Start by checking Pages-Settings-Sonar-Installation to see that you have correct transducer selected. As NoCal mentions, you probably have the m/h-TotalScan but you can verify that by checking the silver tag close to the connector on the transducer-cable.
