    I’m not sure how big this will get but it is amazing to me they marketed their bonds to small retail investors in China. We have no idea how some of these debts were collateralized with other institutions. I watched another video where they packaged some of these up in tranches just like our banks did in 2008. May be a blip or may be financial Covid.

    Here is another one that addresses the fallout in China and elsewhere. The Chinese funded a lot of EB 5 real estate projects in South Florida and they invested heavily in real estate on the West Coast and in other big cities like New York and Miami. If it goes real bad we could see something similar to Japans unloading of US real estate assets in the early 90s.
