Anyone knows of anybody who can check set up of lowrance 12 gen 2

Having trouble unit on bow cuts on n off not sure why. Console unit freezes now n then

I'm assuming both units are pulling off the same battery ........ thus I'd have the battery checked first. Most auto-parts stores can do this. I just know that today's depthfinders are a lot more sensitive to poor connections and weak batteries than they used to be in the past.

Also, if you're just looking for someone to handle it for you, pretty much any dealer that sells bass boats should be able to tell you what's wrong.

Are both units updated with the latest software?

Check your voltage on both units...……… pages>instruments> look at voltage and make sure each is above 12 volts

Is it doing it on extremely hot days or all the time?
