    What mode was bank 3 on? I don't think you'll get power on any bank without being hooked up to a battery.

    All the lights on bank 3 were flashing and didn’t change whenever I push the mode button. I figured that a battery needed to be attached.

    I returned the charger and have another one coming after talking with the company.
