    Boat cover for a lift

Got a place at the lake and my boat is going to be on a lift. The current cover (2014 721) has the ratchet straps at the back of the boat. This is great for trailering, not so great for the lift. I think it’s going to be hard to reach and operate the ratchets. I’ve thought about getting a custom cover made with some weight bags or something to bungee to the lift maybe. Looking for any ideas to maybe make use of my current cover. I think the newer Phoenix covers have the side ratchet strap, so that may be an option to. Hoping someone on here came up with a good idea.

I bought one from https://www.boatcoversdirect.com/ for my 2017 721 I like it fine. It is easier to put on and take off than the factory cover on my lift. Send me pm with your phone number and I will text you a picture of mine on the lift.

My boat is on a lift as well. I use the factory cover. I just step on the back horizontal beam while l lean in with one hand on the jack plate. Free hand attaches the hook to the d-ring.
    Tight lines!
