1988 Procraft 1950v lost all power to console

Two weeks ago I had issues with my starting battery and water in my fuel which caused me to drain my battery pretty low I figured when I lost power that it was due to low voltage however after rebuilding the carbs and replacing t he battery I still have no power to my console. I am going to try to track down the issue but was wondering if there may be a schematic for these boats that would help me to trace it. Is there an fuse panel other than the one on the dash. I'm going to see if i have power to the master switch first to rule out a bad switch and then from there try to trace it back to the battery

Pull your cowling and look for a fuse.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.

Master switch on the console was bad. Both fuses under cowling were good.
