Want 2D reading

New boat and going to take off the console mounted Lowrance Hook 5 Reveal with DI and 2D. Going to be mounting my Helix 10 G3N MSI. What transducer and Y cable do I need to be able to get 2D on plane? Will the Helix automatically choose this transducer?

Forgot to mention the transducer will be mounted on the transom.

There is no "automatic" or "choose" involved, the 2D piezo in the SI transducer is disconnected (no wires) and the added 2D transducer is connected in its place (wires).
