I bought a 1995 Skeeter bass boat with a Mariner 175 EFI motor. It had not been run in over a year. It was not getting fuel, so I cleaned the VST and replaced the fuel filter. Finally got it to run. Water pump not peeing, so replaced water pump, impeller, and gaskets. Still not peeing very well. Motor bogs down and loses power when placed in gear. The motor will rev rpm’s when in neutral. Suggestions?
