    Network problem

I'm running 3 Helix G3N models, a 10, 12 and a 7. The 7 was the latest edition that prompted me to add an Ethernet switch so I could link them all together. Everything is fine except when the battery is disconnected and reconnected, the 7 will not connect until I cycle the power to the Ethernet switch. The other 2 connect fine. Once I pull the power off the switch and back on the 7 will join the network. I have the latest 2660 software in all. That did not change a thing.
I know I can put the Ethernet switch on a toggle switch and turn it on after everything else is on but I shouldn't have to do that. Any help with this will be appreciated.

IMHO, the ethernet switch is very sensitive. I too have network issues UNLESS, I follow this sequence. I start the ethernet switch first, then go and continue with my pre-launch activities, giving it 3 to five minutes to fully power. Then start unit one, giving it time to fully power, then repeat the process with units two and three.
