    1999 merc efi 200hp kill switch.

    How can I test the kill switch on it or can I? It sounds like the kill switch is bad.. The boat turns over but will not start..

    where is said wiring? I know nothing about the wiring of it.

    I took it to my mechanic and he found a loose ground wire..
