    Weight in the back

    So I've added AGM's and now I'm adding talons
    ..would anyone think it might be a good idea to raise or lower my jack plate?

    Run it and see what she wants or needs,You may need to re-prop and change everything after re-propping anyhow.

    some boats will need a prop with less pitch and more venting likely like I did?? need boat info to help as some boats will be fine also

    My Skeeter.

    I added an additional group 31 battery and two power pole blades. I had to raise my motor almost an inch to get the boat happy again. Lost about 2mph and added about 2 seconds to my holeshot. Rides a little lower in back now and is a little less forgiving on pad with rough water, but not bad.
