I have a 92 prov 200 that i completely rebulit. I took it to the lake to put some ti.e on it and it idels great but when you try to get up on plane it won't turn over 1400 rpms . Any help would be greatly appreciated

Howong did boat sit while rebuilding motor?
Check fuel line, primer bulb, How old is the gas and did you add any stabil or startron to the gas? If you have a portable
Tank hook that up and see if issues is resolved.

The boat sat for about 2 months i draind the tank when i started the rebuild

Are the throttle plates all opening same time and do you have access to a remote has tank.
