    Low frequency = deeper

    high = more detail

    Use 455 hz on down imaging to see fish better. I fish Great Lakes a lot and I prefer down imaging over 2d. It is hard to see if they are on the bottom in the chunky rocks but there will usually be a little separation from the fish and rocks.
