Maybe provide details about the charger you have? Otherwise you'll want a 5000w inverter generator.
I have a MK345PC charger and I use a 2000 watt generator with no problems.

45A DC output is about 650W. Allow 15% inefficiency of the charger means you need about 750W running watts from the generator.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
