    SD Card

Hi, all- I did search but couldn’t locate a recent answer to this question. Apologies if it’s been asked and answered before.

What are the preferred memory cards for Gen3 units? Any of them better than others? Picking up a new to me boat in two weeks and want to purchase in advance.

    thanks!,,

You want Micro SD 32GB as they can't read higher than 32gb. The card won't even show up if you get larger than 32gb.

Get a cheap one. Memorycards and water does not mix, so it will go bad at some point.

More or less all cards from 4 to 32GB are already formated to FAT32. If yours is not, put it in a PC, right click and choose format to do it yourself.
