I use the sharpie definetly enough colors to be distinctive or just plain black, easy to remove and re-do when you have too

Label maker. You can use the large font and you won't have any trouble reading them.

I do fine with a Dymo LetraTag. Just get the plastic label tape and it'll peel off easy if you change (which I seem to do a couple times a year).

Black Sharpie. As others have said, erases off easy with alcohol or Goof Off.

White Avery label done on my inkjet printer with black print, then clear shipping tape over the top to keep it dry.

This is where I got crazy with the Brother labeler. I had got to playing with a little digital gram scale that I used for my aquarium chemical. First I started on the sinker box separating all the weight from 1/16th oz on up. I then attacked the jigheads and on to jigs. Something to do when it’s too hot to fish.
