    9-11 9-12 report

Got on the water at Viking way late 3:30pm. Water is still 7ft low. 78-79* wt. Best bite was a t-rig crawl bait casting to the brush piles that you can see. 7/8 total bass caught nothing over 2lb. I will start fishing there more as I think there’s some very good fish to catch there. I don’t think there’s been very much pressure there for a couple years.
it is still tough getting a boat in but still doable.

Sunday got to Anita about 7:30am (sorry needed to get some extra sleep) started on the normal offshore stuff but nothing really going there, Moved to a different spot on the bank and nothing there, moved to a big flat and cast a buzz bait Yes a buzz bait at 9ish and that was the best bait and area of the day. Got a couple 2lb and a 4lb so that was fun. My friend got a couple on a spinner bait too. Really felt great to get a 4lb biggest bass of July/August/ September so far. Really been a tough summer but hopefully good fish to come.

man I wish it would. But it just never gets enough rain to make a difference.
