Flashing Gas Tank Keypad Light

I have a 08 Z20 with a flashing light on the keypad and the engine will not start. The flashing light is on the gas tank switch (just changes the fuel sending to gauge). Is there a fuse or other way to check/fix this? Just got off the phone with Ranger parts and they are out of stock and cant provide a ship date for the new ones.

Did you try holding in that flashing switch for 15 seconds or so? Doing so should reset it.

thanks for the reply. Yes, I have tried the following
-Held flashing button down for 15-20 seconds
-Disconnected battery for 2-3 minutes

Disconnect your battery and check all the connections on the key pad and the brain box
under the console. Push all the connectors on hard so that they make a good connection.
hook battery back up and see if this helps. Good luck
