    Loomis Rod for Jackhammers

    What would be a good Loomis Rod for 3/8 and 1/2 oz. Jackhammer Chatterbaits? Thanks Mike

    GLX or NRX 893 are surprisingly good chatterbait rods but I think most would prefer the MBRs over the JWRs.

    There is a post on this exact topic on here. The 843 works well as mentioned above but my fav is a CBR847. I bought a second one just for chatterbaits only. Love it!!!!!

    The NRX+ 883 BJR is phenomenal. I'm a chatterbait junkie and I've never used a rod that was more perfect. I just wish they had used the lower profile bait keeper on the handle.
