Drain the VST. There's a drain screw on each end of the vst and a hose on the bottom that connects the drain ports, Drain the front while taking the hose off the back drain, then reverse the procedure to drain the back. And the obvious solution, buy fuel somewhere else...

The common factor is likely local... such as a fuel source that had water contamination.
While you can drain a small amount of water from the filter chamber, the only way to accurately address water in the fuel tank is to COMPLETELY siphon fuel from the deepest darkest corner of the tank, and DRY the tank completely.
Then start with a FRESH load of DRY fuel.
Almost always find a common fuel source as the cause with this type of situation- they may (possibly) even have to cover your expenses to correct the problem if it's a wide-spread and documented problem.
