This is a 150 on a 2022 818. Does this gap look correct?

Not correct, that prop is sitting too far out from the gear case.

Did you recently change props... Your Thrust washer is not seated to the shaft or inside the prop.

No this is a brand new boat and motor. This is how it came to me. Can you explain the thrust washer thing. I can't get on plane.

Take the prop off to see if maybe the thrust washer is installed backwards.
