Motor won’t trim up

I’m running the Mercury Pro XS 115 on my 2021 AVX 1880. The trim goes down but the pump won’t run when I try to trim back up. The trim gauge hasn’t worked since I got the boat and I was putting off having it fixed until hunting season. Could the 2 problems be related? The gas gauge also doesn’t work and the nav lights won’t turn off. Could this be one big electric nightmare? I bought a new boat so I could hopefully not have to deal with constant break downs. I’m supposed to captain my nephew in his first high school tournament next week and don’t have time to put this thing in the shop for very long. Any advice would be appreciated

No sir, it doesn’t. I’ve tried all the trim switches. They all work going down but do nothing coming up

Sounds like a bad trim relay to me.
