Livescope not switching views

My livescop isnt switching views when I rotate the transducer
probably something I’m doing wrong
works on perspective just not forward
-the image is like a cross between forward and down
indouble triple checked to make sure the transducer was clicked in the proper position

ive had it wrapped up laying on my bow for heavy vegetation flippin season
i wonder if maybe I damaged the ducer (?) while not in use

i updated to the latest software about a month ago
24.10 on my 1022 & 2.54 on my livescope

turned on and off several times throughout the day to no avail

am i doing something wrong?

Are you changing mode on unit or just on transducer

Do you have auto selected in your orientation selected? If not it will show the mode you have manually selected even though you switched position of the transducer. You did not mention that in your explanation of your problem.

I’m in auto—unless it defaults after an update

I think tonite I’ll do a reset & see if that helps
