Wire looming

Not sure if that is correct word, but trailer wiring and connectors at each light tend to hang down no matter how I tuck them in. Is there a good loom to use that really sticks well, and stays stuck?

Often the simplest answer is to tie a loose overhand knot or fold the wire and clamp with a cable tie to shorten the wires slightly.
