Without getting in or out of the gas my 300xs would do the best around4300- 4500 I know it's not a 250 but may be helpful. That was with a 28 hydro I believe.

I can tell you for sure, my 20xd 250xs with dual powerpoles and a 112 ultrex loaded to the gills ran 160 miles turning 4800-5000 rpms and burnt 37 gallons one day and 36 the next. So roughly a little over 4 mpg

Fished a derby earlier this year and made the same run 2 days in a row. Brought 10 extra gallons with me and had a little left over both days. Idk if it could have done better at a lower rpm but thats just what I know for fact lol

Not a Bullet but My BCB Eyra with 250 PROXS 2 stroke averages 4.1 MPG at speeds of 65-70 MPH between 4800-5200. The MPG drops very quickly once I pass that 5200 mark. I can run just on Pad at 50-55 in the 4.7 MPG range but most long runs I keep it in the upper 60's to 70 mph. I do not have any experience with the new 4 strokes. I would think the Bullet hulls would be at least as efficient as my Eyra and maybe a little better due to weight differences.

The prop and pitch can make huge differences in fuel consumption. A large 4 blade with lots of bow and stern lift can make cruise speed mileage unreal, Especially in taller pitchs than you would normally run. Click on "Watch on YouTune"
