    I wouldn't even bother. New spindles are what, $50 each? I don't have the time, patience or tools or press on new wear rings without completely dicking it up. lol

    Fairly simple. scar a little groove down the center with a Dremel and they band right off with a ball pein hammer. They go on easy. A lot simpler and cheaper than replacing a spindle.
