It's very similar to the Bravo series. I ran one on my last boat and loved it. Runs stiffer than the Bravo. I ran the same pitch in Tempest Plus as I did Razor 4XL and lost a little RPM with the Razor. He has a new prop coming out, and I am waiting on that for my next prop.

What do you not like about the 25 Trophy plus? The numbers looks good to me. As the weather cools off you should be able to get another 100-150 rpms out of it.

I have hit 70 with tournament partner. Rpms are a around 5600 wot. I’m not sure what prop to pad is because I run a hydraulic jack plate.

Ben you would probably pick up 1-2 mph by stepping down to a 24 and getting further into the hp band of that motor….once you hit 5800 it’s like finding another gear and may run up to 6000 at 72. It will also be a little less impacted by load changes like partner weight, livewell water, full tank of gas, etc.

I have a new one, with my setup, not stretched out, I ran 79.3 at 5450 on my 300xs. Too much traffic. But, one thing it did, I have 8 pvc holes, it would blow out and violently grab and then blow out again, it has a straight barrel. That is a symptom with a straight barrel. But, u can plug 4 of the 8, test, then drill the plugs some and tune to clean up launch.

Claims it is a 27, I am running a 1.62 gear case. Prop ran great, except hole shot, it is a straight barrel prop. I had mark put 8 holes it it. It would blow out and grab, blow out and grab, violent grab. He said to plug four and drill 1/4 holes in it.....That was holes away from case, havent ran yet.....Had very little slip, had another grand of RPM nearly
