It was pretty devestating in the Philly area, rainfall up to 10" Wed into Thurs caused extensive flooding.
I guess the bright side would be D.C,. sees flooding and some of the rats drown in the swamp.
But Mike is right (again, dammit) the Potomac will be a mess, so y'all stay safe.
