Best price on Tempest Plus

I tried searching, but couldn't come up with any results and Rothwell Marine is out of stock of the prop and pitch that I want.

Where is the best place to buy?

And

Do I need a hub kit if I'm replacing a Tempest Plus with a different pitch Tempest Plus?

New props are in short supply. I called a dozen or so places today looking for a Bravo prop. Most were telling me Mercury is giving late December delivery dates. I finally found one on the shelf at a dealer.
