    Not that I am aware - believe both draft about the same assuming they are loaded the same. The hull isn't deeper on the PHX but the strakes extend further and the top cap is taller, both helping in rough water.

    I have a 21 PHX I use it in Michigan on the St. Clair. Awesome ride and fishability.
