    My blades finally came in!

    Ordered these from Lakeland at the beginning of June and they said 2 to 3 weeks. Well they finally came today and I am stoked. Fingers hurt from putting on all the swivels so far but its worth it.

    What was the difference from stock blades? Color?

    How do the Lakeland blades compare to Hildebrandt (which IMHO are not as good as they used to be since Yakima bought out the company)?

    Also, does Lakeland make any silver plated blades?

    I only buy in bulk... But I think you can buy per 100 instead of 1000 but they charge a little more. I'm talking about worthco.

    Yeppers...I have been searching for an alternative to "sacrificed" Mepps silver plated French blades for months. I have also strongly consider the steelhead/salmon specialty spinner manufacturers Pen-Tac and R&B lures.

    So I had Lakeland Worth, and Hagensfish all send me samples. I went with Lakeland as there was no difference in quality between them and Worth but they also have copper and black nickel. Worth has some willows I want but 1k gold from Lakeland was$500.20 and Worth was $1257.

    I’m talking blade shape and spinner bait performance. I compared them 25 years ago. Things have probably changed. They look great.
