Any body reccomend a nice lake house to rent for a couple of weeks or more during late fall or winter? Taking my bass boat with me and getting away from Ohio for some fall and winter fun. Thanks in advance!

Lake Greenwood has good winter fishing. There’s a guy named Steve Coleman that rents his cabins. He has a website lakegreenwoodcabins.com. Haven’t stayed in them in a while but they used to be nice.

Lake Keowee has very good spotted bass fishing in November and December. Airbnb, vrbo, some really nice places on the lake!
You could try Hickory Knob state park at Clark Hill (Thurmond). Perhaps Savannah Lakes resort has some options also.

Also you didn’t say how long you planned to stay in SC? Hartwell and Clark Hill fish similar. Just more docks at Hartwell.
You didn’t mention Murray but that’s a fine option too.

On Hartwell, they are small but nice and have hot tubs on the deck, dock you can tie off on. Biggest issue was backing in the trailer.
