I would do a quick check of the connections. I bet you have one of the push connectors coming loose. You have the main wiring for side markers and rear lights and secondary wiring tying in the cutout lights. They all run same route along trailer. Super simple to check. Just start at tongue and work your way back. You can easily see it all. My little grandson was playing beside my boat in the garage and pulled one loose. I found it and plugged it back in. Works fine.

Agree with above - a loose connection somewhere along the route of the wiring is most likely culprit.
I found one! I believe that did it.
Mine was a ground wire causing the flicker.
Where was ground?
My issue was on the skeeter light on that fender. The connector crimp was broken on the back of the light.
