mostly weightless and always on fluorocarbon
THE MORE YOU SAY THE MORE WE UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT YOU ANYWAYS
Don't recall ever throwing a Senko or Dinger on fluorocarbon, but I have tried them with a Neko weight in the tail and a 1/0 EWG in the other end. Problem is that the fish throws the bait and you lose both bait and weight. If you're doing that, use something cheap, like a nail or sheet metal screw.
Don't bother me, I'm screwing for virginity.
I killed a 12-pack just to watch it die.
Weightless with 10# fluorocarbon leader on 12# braid
Always with fluoro. Unless you’re throwing a spinning rod, I’d go braid to fluoro leader. I’ve done well Texas rigging them with light weights like an 1/8 or 3/16 and dragging them around or pitching to cover with them as well
Not a fluourocarbon user at all but I've always fished them weightless only, then my son (not a bass fisherman) goes with me and fishes them texas rigged and catches fish.. Who knows.... LOL

Throw the 7" wacky weightless 99% of the time
Braid with a 8 pound leader. Neco, 1/16 or 1/8 oz VMC wacky jig or weightless.
Weightless 99% of the time. If it’s heavy cover then I’m using a casting rod. Spinning rod comes out to play for all wacky rigging and 4” senko Texas rigged. I always use Braid to floro leader.

Answer is "There is no way to fish them wrong "
5 inch Senko, weightless on an Owner Twistlock Light 4/0 hook. 12 fluorocarbon on a bait caster, unless I'm in gin clear water for smallies then 8-10lb. Great hook ups with the Twistlock and the worm lasts longer on this hook vs. traditional EWG.
I throw it weighted.

4/0 hook weightless on 30-40 lb braid with a 15 lb floro or mono leader, if I add a weight it's no more than 1/8 OZ 7 foot medium rod with a 6 to 1 baitcaster. Or I fish it wacky style on a weighted weedless jig head with 12 lb mono on a 7 foot medium rod and a 7 to 1 baitcaster. Both of those combos are great for skipping under low hanging trees as well. I will fish them on a drop shot with a spinning reel as well but I downsize to 3 or 4".
