    Ax PSA for today. The baked potato.

    If you have a pimento cheese spread its a good replacement for cheese on a loaded potato.

    Got to admit that's something I wish I had never started. I make a ton of it. Wife takes it to work and leaves it. Shredding all that cheese makes your forearms hurt
