involved with upcoming merger with DCRCIII. I am thinking they will have a better battery before QuantumScape.

High risk high reward. I would be warry of any spac. But if they can get a solid state battery that performs as good as they say they can and at an affordable price and they can mass produce it, and then the battery performs well in the real world, it could be a real winner. But many years away, and there will probably be a need to raise money

I think Quantumscape has the backing of Toyota and VW and are ahead in the solid state battery game. Is solid power backed by anyone yet?
