    Help with asking price

I'm ready to list my boat but I need help with a fair asking price. I am not trying to skirt paying the listing fee. As a matter of fact I will pay the fee whether it sells prior to listing or not.
2005 205 Pro with Optimax 225. The compressor was replaced last year with a new one. The motor has 355 hours. I won't say it is in mint shape but I can say it is in very good shape. Nothing fancy as far as electronics go. The only one I can find for sale right now is at a 1997 at a dealership for over 31k. Crazy money.
    Where should I start at?

    Thank in advance

Go to NADA.com and put info in and it will spit you a ball park asking price. I did it to my 2000 185DC ProCraft with 150 Optimax and sold it the first weekend on craigslist.

When using NADA, it gives you 3 values. Suggested list price, average retail and low retail. Which number did you use as a starting point?
