Trolling motor vibration

I have a minn Kota I pilot power drive 70lbs. A month ago the motor accidentally deployed while I was on plane and it shredded the prop and the gear box. I replaced both the prop and gear box but now it has an awful vibration. It looked like the prop shaft was wobbling when I took the prop off so I replaced the armature assembly thinking that would resolve it but even the new armature looks wobbly and has awful vibration even without the prop on it. What could be causing this??

Did you replace the shear pin.

Yes, the shaft seems to wobble and shake even without the prop and pin in. That’s why I replaced the whole armature because I just thought the shaft was bad

If the motor case is not straight and the long thin bolts are not tightened properly that would give a vibration. Did you replace the seals as well. Without proper assembly anything can happen. Bob
