    2003 196 DCX, trim issue

    When trimming down only my motor bounces fairly violently. Have made sure the seal nuts are all tight and unit is full of oil, but it continues to bounce. The motor (200 hp), and tilt/trim are Evinrude. Anyone still sell re-seal kits? Thanks in advance.

    I've found a trim seal kit for merc t&t by doing a search in Amazon and in Google. I got the seal kit part jumper off the merc parts online catalogue. I'm thinking maybe e-rude has something similar?

    Should be an old Evinrude dealer that still has parts for that or Boats.net should have it.
