    Talon won’t “Pair”

When I hold the up-and-down button at the same time to start a Bluetooth pairing, all I get is a solid beep. It does not go into pairing mode. I tried resetting it, clearing the old Bluetooth memory out of it, now I have no Bluetooth, essentially no control except for right at the units, manually. Anybody experienced this before? Thanks in advance

Try clearing the memory of the Talon and the remote. To clear the remote Hold the up and down buttons until it goes in the pairing mode and do anything else. It will time out in 30 seconds and the the remote will clear.
On the Talon you may need a second person.
Remove power by pulling the fuse. hold the up an down buttons on the talon down. While doing this put fuse back in to power back up. Continue to hold up and down until it completes a sequence of the lights and sound. Release the keys and a continues beep will occur. Talon is cleared.

My manual says to just hold the "up" button during the process to reset.
