Thanks that helps. Haven’t fished the River in a number of years. Been going just north of there to Charleston Lake and the Ridue chain. That is is not in the cards with all the restrictions this year. Appreciate your help.

I was on the one of the lakes on the Rideau chain in late August and the fishing was excellent. Crossing the border at the St. Lawrence River was easy, no line at all.

Thanks Mike it does help. 4 of us are going up on Monday will fish for 6 days . Hope we get a few nice smallmouth. Will report on what we do and how we did.

Not surprised on the redeau chain always some good fishing. While we are all vaccinated would be difficult to be tested in a timely manner and have all the plans required . Just going to fish the 1000 Islands area now we can fish Canadian water with no hassle. Thanks for your info.
