Palatka/St John’s Jr BASS Tournament help

I’ll be heading down to fish the St John’s River out of Palatka with my sons Carter and Zachary. I am wondering if I could get some help with best baits to bring and maybe the common patterns for September on or around Palatka. I’m not scared to make a run if he wants too but all of my experience is on all the big lakes and chains around Fl, never been on St John’s. If anyone needs help with Seminole I’d be glad to return the favor. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Places to stay or camp are also needed. Thanks!
