Looking to put an aftermarket prop on my 2020 Suzuki DF140A on my 22' Tritoon. I have tested 3 different aluminum props, all zare 3x14 Suzuki brand. At WOT a 21P gives 5200rpm, 19P gives 5800rpm and 17P gives 6400rpm. Recommended rpm is 5600-6200
I am currently running the 3x14x19P and would like to put a SS prop on it to achieve 6200rpm at wot and improve performance(mph).
Any recommendations?

Hmmm. Suzuki says the maximum R P M for the DF 140 is 6200 R P M. On my DF 200 and on my 175DF when I got to the maximum R P M it would (and does) shut the motor down. I'm not sure how you get to 6400.
I have heard, an aluminum propeller flexes which a stainless steel propeller does not, so if that is true, the 19 pitch propeller stainless should rev a little less than the aluminum one, so that might be your best choice. I have one I'm not using, hint, hint, hint.
Yea power range is 5600 to 6200. The 17P shot me up to 6200 with throttle left. I pushed it a little more and saw it hit 6400. Then backed off .
