    It sounds like your boat likes the M series prop,I’m surprised it out performs a Tempest. You might try an M 23 to get the rpm up.The Yamaha T series props are very good props for bass boats but the vented T1 series are getting hard to find now,but if you could find a T1 23”, it might be the best. What Yamaha do you have? I know it’s a 200 but there are several different versions of 200.

    What shape is the 25 M in because it's showing a lot of slip so it might need to be repaired. 24 tempests are very good unless they have been worked to factory spec. If that's the original motor it's only rated at 5500 and it probably won't turn a T series prop so stick with the M. Get rid of the slip and you'll gain more speed.
