    Pontoon boat lift bunks

We just purchased a 24’ Tritoon , my bass boat is currently on the boat lift and need to change out the bunks. There is a mix of flat board bunks and v shaped bunks here on peoples lifts for pontoons which of the 2 bunk set ups are better?

I like the v shaped bunks for the simple reason they sit at the same spot every time you lift the boat. I have a pontoon that is picked up by the deck and I'm getting ready to switch to the v bunks.

Having my lift changed to fit my Ranger 223F thats on order , pro's are doing it and they are putting on low profile v brackets with carpeted bunks , only good way to do Tri Toon . They are moving lift back 3 feet to better even the weight distribution , cost $2500.00 for everything involved , seems fair .
