New Gauge recommendations?

2009 201 EVO w/ 250 evinrude
Gauges are shot moisture stays in them. Plus gonna replace the tiny HB unit has fried screen anyway. Need recommendations on replacement gauges and where to get them. and some advice on getting the old ones out how do you get the shroud off?

Does your dash panel have screws in the face? If so, do yourself a favor and pull the complete dash off with guages attached.
I just replaced my water pressure and Trim guages with Faria guages. I also replaced my small non working Lowrance X51 with a HB small unit.

Maybe someone with a model close to yours will chime in, but I would start by removing the HB unit. More than likely held in place with a couple of screws on the backside.
That removal will give you a good size hole in the shroud to inspect the guages and possibility what is holding the shroud in place.

I got them out need need advice on new ones nothing fancy just reliable hated those ACTIA gauges.

Exactly like you recommended took the HB unit out then had room to work

I have a 09 201 XLE with the same gauges. They still work but I can barely read the screen. What did you have to do to replace them? What did you replace them with?

I took out the HB unit and built a custom dual mount. My gauge info now displays on my C12.
