Motor trim wiring to mercury

I took my 95’ 190 out for the 3rd. Time since I got it. Everything was going great just trolling around using the trolling motor trying to catch some fish, then out of the blue mercury just started to trim up, had to disconnect trim up wire on the solenoid on the motor, after done fishing got boat loaded on trailer had to connect wire to trim up and there still was power at that terminal, got boat home and started checking it out and now it works fine, any ideas where to start. I have four ways to adjust trim on it. 1st. At the bow, 2nd. On steering column, 3rd. On gear shifter, and 4th on motor itself.

It's possible one of the controls is sticking. I have had that happen on the gear shifter.
